    MHCA provides education, support and advocacy for home care organizations.

  • Alzheimer's Association
    A voluntary health organization dedicated to finding prevention methods, treatments, and eventually a cure for Alzheimer's.

  • Children of Aging Parents
    This organization assists the nation's nearly 54 million caregivers of the elderly or chronically ill with reliable information, referrals, and support. Also, their mission includes to heighten public awareness that the health of family caregivers is essential to ensure quality of care.

  • American Diabetes Association
    The American Diabetes Association funds research to prevent, cure and manage diabetes; delivers services to hundreds of communities; provides objective and credible information; and gives voice to those denied their rights because of diabetes, for seniors and people of all ages.

  • Family Caregiver Alliance
    This is the first community-based nonprofit organization in the country to address the needs of families and friends providing long-term care at home, for seniors and people of all ages. FCA now offers programs at national, state and local levels to support and sustain in-home caregivers.

  • Meals on Wheels
    Serving the 7 county Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, this organization and its program partners, lead the effort to ensure that individuals in our community receive nutritious meals and the human connection they need to enable them to live independently.
